La Sfoglia, founded in 2000, is a quite young company in the puff pastry field.

Our history begins in Sanremo in the Fifties, when great-grandfather Antonio was the baker of the town. The family tradition continues today with the fourth generation: the products are different, but the passion for quality and taste is still the same.

A state-of-the-art factory and a professional staff have allowed us to reach a high specialization in manufacture of naturally leavened bakery products.

Vol au vent, croissants and pastry are our distinctive products, but our assortment includes cakes, tarts, sweet puff pastry up to bread substitutes, that will satisfy every palate: bread, breadsticks, savory snacks and other delicacies that meet even the most exigent customer.

Selected raw materials and a balanced mix of traditional italian handicraft: we assure quality and quickness to our customers, with a look on market trends. Our range is in constant evolution, just as the regions we reach, in Italy and abroad.
